Hydrants
Whereever you travel in Ontario you'll find a chip truck. For me, it is one of the few visible examples of entrepreneurship we still have around us. We all had our favourite spot to stop and indulge in a seasonal pleasure.
A fixture so familiar in the city but nonexistant in the country.
